As an extension to The Walking Reading Group on Play, this edition of TWRG explored structure in and around participation – be it a group, time or space, using texts by Michael Ende, Jo Freeman and Thomas More as a basis for our conversations. Three parallel walks, all based on the same texts, took place in three cities: Bilbao, London and Bolzano.
More, Thomas, 1516, Libellus vere aureus, nec minus salutaris quam festivus, de optimo rei publicae statu deque nova isula Utopia, Moore, Seventeen provinces, Leuven
Freeman, Jo, 1972, The Tyranny of Structurelessness, Vol.2, No.1 of the journal, the Second Wave, Boston.
Ende, Michael, 1973, Momo. Zweiter Teil: Die grauen Herren, Sechstes Kapitel: die Rechnung ist falsch und geht doch auf, Thienemann Verlag, Stuttgart.
